Gulab Jaman
- Milk: 1 cup (split with lemon for *chena 25 gms)

Sugar: 1 kg

Powder milk: 1-1/4 cup

Flour: 6 tbsp

Soda: 1/4 cup

Arq e gulab: 1 tbsp

Jaifal: 2 pinch powderd

Cardamom: 2 pinch powderd

Ghee: 2 tbsp for frying

Lemon juice: 1-1/2 tsp

Water: 2-1/2 cups

Pistachio,almonds for garnish
Directions
- Boil 1 cup milk add half lemon it to leave it for 5 mins and drain the access water with cheese cloth.
- Leave it for 1 hour For chena 25 gms(chena-see note below) .
- Cook sheera with sugar and water. Later add Arq e gulab
- Add powder milk add one table tea spoon at a time. Add cheena and mix it until smooth. Add cardamom powder to flour , soda to the mixture. Leave it for an hr in fridge and make balls. Using flour and oil for stickyness.
- The mixture should be mixed with spoon. Once it has rested for an hour in the fridge use hands for making balls.
- Fry the balls and add them to the sheera.
- For garnished gulab jaman with flaked pistachio,almonds,rose petals and silver warq.
- Note:Split milk with lemon juice,strain also known as paneer, cottage cheese (home-made).
- for making chena do not use tetra pack milk.
