Coconut Donuts recipe
Ingredients :
- 2 eggs.
- 2 ½ cups of sifted all-purpose flour.
- ½ cup of granulated sugar.
- ½ cup of flaked coconut.
- ¼ cup of milk.
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- ½ teaspoon of salt.
Directions:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until and add the milk.
- Add sifted dry ingredients and coconut to the mixture.

Chill mixture for several hours.

Roll mixyure out onto a lightly floured surface until it is ½ inch thick.

Cut out donut shapes with cutter.

Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown on both sides.

Drain on a paper towel.

Sprinkle with sugar to serve.
