Recipe Of Steamed Potato Vegetable
An aromatic recipe of steamed potato vegetable. Seasoned with the blend of lemon juice, green chilli and corriander. This recipe is an enriched source of healthy nutrients.
Ingredients
- Potatoes (small) 8

Onion (chopped) 2

Corriander 1 bunch

Garlic 6 cloves

Cumin 1 tsp

Lemon juice (of) 2 lemons

Green chilli 4

Salt as to taste

Red pepper 1 tsp

Oil 1/2 cup

Water 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions
Mix mooli's, red chillies, dried mango, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, onion seeds, chat masala, tamarind pulp, mint leaves, gram flour and salt in a bowl.
- To make ‘parathas’, mix gram flour, salt, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and red chillies in wheat flour.
- Knead into dough with water.
- Make small balls from the dough and roll them out into ‘rotis’.
- Place a layer of radish mixture on half the ‘rotis’ and use the remaining ‘rotis’ to cover them.
- Seal the edges then fry ‘parathas’ from both sides with clarified butter on hot ‘tawa’.
- Serve delicious Radish Pickle Parathas with mint chutney.
