Workplace Stretching Exercises
It is really hard for everyone to take out time for excercise, especially for those of us who work in an office. But it is very important for an employee to stay fit and keeping energy up. It takes some creativity but if you can manage and some inspiration to squeeze in a little movement all day long. You probably know a few stretching exercises for staying active at work.
Stretching Guidelines
- Pre-shifts & post-lunch
- Warm up before you begin
- Move slowly and smoothly
- Don’t bounce
- Hold for 3-10 seconds
- It shouldn’t hurt
- Stretch both sides
